Jose founded Bolsa Social in October 2014 in Madrid. Bolsa Social is a social enterprise that runs an equity crowdfunding platform for social impact enterprises and investors (www.bolsasocial.com). It is the first equity crowdfunding platform authorised by the Spanish securites regulator (CNMV) in Spain.
Jose has previously worked in EU financial services policies. He started as Legal Adviser at the Spanish Treasury (Madrid). In 2007 joined the EU Commission (Brussels) and worked on the negotiation and implementation of the main pieces of EU legislation on securities markets and asset management. In 2011 he joined the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA, Paris) and worked on the implementation of EU legislation on alternative investment funds.
He teaches EU Financial Markets in the University Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris). Jose is also the Chair of REDIS (Red Española de Impacto Social), the Spanish Net of Social Impact, representing the most relevant impact investors in Spain.
Antonio is the current director of the Impact HUB Madrid, Impact Hub Madrid was founded by a group of social entrepreneurs who wanted to create a home of radical ideas that create positive social change. This home is hosted and facilitated by a multi-disciplinary team of hosts and catalysts with skills in micro-finance, human rights, advocacy, event planning, project management and finance. He holds three decades of experience in innovative projects, managing changes in various business sectors (publishing, banking, telecommunications, internet, mobile, health) and in the nonprofit field (Médicos del mundo, Spanish Association of Fundraising , Coordinator of Development NGOs, Anesvad , AIPC-Pandora). He is also partner and CEO of Wake App Health (www.wakeapphealth.com)
Rubinstein is a charismatic public speaker on both TBLI and ESG at conferences and business meetings, and has spoken extensively and provided training on Sustainable Finance. TBLI ACADEMY™ was created to provide the financial sector with sustainable finance education. Rubinstein has been the founding publisher/editor of five magazines, including the first European management magazine devoted exclusively to corporate social responsibility.
He is a member of the Hult Prize jury, the start-up accelerator for social entrepreneurship. Rubinstein was also Chairman of the Swift Prize of the King Boudewijn Foundation and a commissioner for the State of the World Commission on Globalization.

Mohamed is the Learning Program Specialist and Economic Researcher at the Islamic Research and Training Institute – IRTI –IDB. He has also been Senior Training Specialist at the Egyptian Bank Institute(EBI) – The Central Bank Of Egypt and Training Manager at QNB Al AHli Bank.
He studied Business Administration at Benha University. He also holds a Master Degree in Islamic Finance Practice on The Global University of Islamic Finance - INCEIF (Malaysia) and Master Degree in Business Administration on ESELSCA Business School (Paris).
CELIA DE ANCA
Dr. Celia de Anca is currently the Director of the Centre for Diversity in Global Management at IE Business School. She was previously the Director of Corporate Programmes at the Euro-Arab Management School (EAMS), Granada. She has alsoworked for the Fundación Cooperación Internacional y Promoción Ibero-América Europa. (CIPIE) and at the International Division of Banco de Santander. She has a master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston), and from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She holds a degree and PhD from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with a comparative thesis on Islamic, ethical/ecological investment funds and on the London Market.
